Coronavirus update

In light of the latest government advice regarding the Covid-19 situation we have decided to temporarily close the clinics until further notice.
 
For 17 years our main priority has and always will be the safety and well being of our staff and patients.
 
For clients with appointments scheduled please do not worry, we will be in touch to reschedule you as soon as it is safe to reopen.
 
We will try and keep all patients updated via our social media, text message and email newsletters.
 
Telephone consultations will be available through a new Virtual Clinic which we are hoping to launch by the end of the week, to enable clients who wish to stay in touch regarding their ongoing treatment plans or new clients wishing to discuss what we can offer when we reopen.
 
We are working closely with our trusted skincare
brands to be able to deliver your retail products directly to your door during this isolation period.
 
We want to thank all of you for your continued support over the years and we look forward to welcoming you back to Estetica Chertsey|Heathrow Clinics very soon.
 
What happens to my deposit I paid for treatment?
Your deposit is safe and secure and will remain on your account during this time.
 
What happens to my topup, can I get a partial refund?
Unfortunately as we are in lockdown, advised by government we will not be able to see any patients at our clinics.
However we offer 10% off your next appointment with us at estetica for your Facial Aesthetic treatment when we reopen.
 
Can I order retail products whilst you are closed?
Clients wishing to purchase retail can email us including contact number and we can post products out to them. This is subject to our suppliers staying open and stock levels. This includes non-prescription and prescription products.
 
I have a follow up appointment which I think medically I require?
Video & phone follow ups will be made available should they be required.
